- The Spring Jam will again be under the direction of Frank Carter, at the Gold Canyon Golf Resort - 6100 S. Kings Ranch Road, Gold Canyon AZ. We'll start at 9:00am, breaking for lunch at noon. We'll reconvene at 1:30pm, till 5:00pm. This event is open to the public.

- Our fall Jam/Meeting will again be held at the Mesa Hilton Hotel - 1011 West Holmes Ave, Mesa, AZ. The Pueblo room will be open at 8 AM so we can get set up and start the jam by 9 AM. Dan Range will be there with the band for the live portion and Frank Carter will provide the biab tracks. We will be playing until 4 PM so come on out and have some fun with us.

- The California jams have been extremely successful so Harvey Hanson has organized another jam to be held on Saturday, 9/30 and Sunday 10/1. This jam will beat the Vista Elks lodge #1968, located at 1947 Vista Way in Vista, California. This event will be open to the public and everyone is welcome, so get some friends and come on out for a great time. The Club also has a nice RV park on site so if you are planning on bringing your RV, you can contact Harvey Hanson, harveydhanson@att.net for information on reservations.

- Our annual business meeting and spring jam will be held on March 25th. at the Mesa Hilton Hotel - 1011 West Holmes Ave, Mesa, AZ. The meeting/jam will take place in the Pueblo room from 8 A.M. until 4P.M. with a short lunch break around 12 P.M. so bring your guitars and join in on the fun.

The RV Park provides us with a clubhouse for the jam and you do not have to stay at the park to participate. Chula Vista RV Park is located on the San Diego Bay. Please come and have a great time!

- We'll have our spring jam and annual meeting of members on the third Saturday of February, as stated in our current bylaws. We can load in beginning at 8:00am and be out by 4:00pm. We'll have the meeting at 9:00am. Newly elected directors will be installed at that time. Hopefully you can all attend.
We have confirmed a date for our annual business meeting and spring jam at the Phoenix Sheraton Crestview Room, on February 21st. We can begin loading in at 8:00am, and need to be out by 4:00pm. The business meeting and installation of new officers will be at 9:00am. - November 8th, 2014

I'd like to ask you to make plans now to join me and a whole bunch of fellow members by attending the Fall Jam, November 14, 2009 as well as the 7th Annual SWSGA Show and Convention, January 21-23, 2010. Both events will be held at the Grace Inn in Phoenix (Southwest Corner of Interstate 10 & Elliot).
The Jam will include an auction fund raiser, the proceeds will go towards the January show expenses.
