How to Join

• Membership Dues are $25.00 USD per year, payable by check or money order to Southwestern Steel Guitar Association (SWSGA).
• Please fill/submit the form below, then mail your payment to the address on our contact page.
• A membership card will be sent to you upon the receipt of both items.
